1. A man in a red car crashed into a patrol car and did not want to get out of the vehicle.
2. The suspect and passengers barricaded for a short while before giving up.
3. The male driver was taken into custody.
4. LAFD evaluated the two females but did not transport them.
5. LAPD has blocked off the intersection of Flower and 9th St.
