Suspect At Large After 41-Year-Old Man Killed in Houston

Deputies responded to an in-progress call.

Upon arrival, deputies found a 41-year-old male deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.

Detectives learned the victim had an ongoing dispute with another male that lived at the residence.

The suspected shooter had been staying at the residence off and on but had not been there for a few days before arriving.

The suspected shooter is not in custody.

Two other individuals were inside the residence at the time; they were not injured.

Detectives believe the other two individuals inside are related to the male who lives at the residence but not related to the victim.

The victim was shot in the upper torso; the number of gunshots is unknown.
