Sunland: Mobile Home Fire Injures Resident

06.20.2020 | 3:04 AM | LOS ANGELES – A female resident was injured by a fire that scorched her mobile home, early Saturday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a residential structure fire burning in the 10700 block of Sherman Grove Avenue in the Sunland area around 3:04 AM.

Crews arriving on scene located a single-story mobile home with heavy fire showing and began efforts to attack the blaze.

Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze and located a female resident with injuries.

Paramedics treated the woman on scene before transporting her to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
