Sun Valley: Serious Injuries After Freeway Crash

08.01.2020 | 2:37 AM | LOS ANGELES – A freeway crash left two people seriously injured, early Saturday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision on the southbound I-5 Freeway near the SR-170 Freeway in the Sun Valley area around 2:37 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a white work van that collided with a guard rail and impaled the van.

Firefighter paramedics removed two occupants and rushed them to Holy Cross Medical Center with serious injuries.

At least one victim was suffering from life-threatening injuries,

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
