Street Takeover Tags Bus Full Of Bus Riders

INCIDENT DATE/TIME:3:15am 7-1-24 LOCATION: Olympic Bl and Flower AREA/CITY:DTLA DETAILS: Over 50 cars took over the intersection burning out, doing donuts and popping fireworks. The crowd got so out of hand that they attempted to break into a Starbucks on 9th St and Flower. A bus was also being attacked with fireworks according to the bus driver. The bus was bombarded with graffiti as bus rider were inside during the whole ordeal. A building at that intersection was also tagged. LAPD officers with help of the air unit quickly got the crowd to disperse the area. Reports of a shooting also was made and LAPD searched for evidence and did not find any. None of the passengers were injured but left shaken.
