DETAILS:

1. Woman stole UBER car from 2nd St & Ravenna Way
2. Drove into Naples area of LB and crashed into two parked vehicles owned by the same person
3. The UBER driver was not in the car when she took it
4. Female was taken by ambulance to the hospital
