DETAILS:
- A house burned for a second time this morning.
- Deputies have detained a male suspect after being seen leaving the property.
- Several Propane canisters exploded.
- The SDSO Bomb & Arson are coming to investigate.
- This house burned in April of 2023, killing three people.
- The new owner has been waiting on permits to demolish the property for six months.
- He told us that he comes to the property 2-3 times per week to kick the squatters off the property.
- The Fire Department has now requested that the County Public Works demolish the fire as it is too dangerous to fight the fire on the collapsed roof or inside.
- The fire rekindled, and water was dumped on it from the ladder truck.
