01.07.2021 | 3:04 AM | HOUSTON – HFD responded to reports of a restaurant fire at 6002 Washington Ave.

Arriving crews located a vacant building with smoke and fire showing. Crews had the bulk of the flames knocked down within 30 minutes.

There were reports of a homeless man inside and stated he saw smoke and exited the structure.
