Speeding Driver In Critical Condition After Crashing Into Power Pole | Houston

09.26.2022 | 11:00 PM | HOUSTON – HCSO district 1 responded to a report of a major crash A red mustang was traveling at a high rate of speed when the driver left the roadway and crashed. The vehicle went air-born at one point and then crashed into a power pole. The driver was unrestrained so he was ejected during the crash. When the vehicle struck the pole it knocked out power to a neighborhood. The driver was transported with CPR in progress and is in critical condition. The road will remain closed for at least an additional hour. There were no other occupants in the vehicle or vehicles involved in the crash.
