Speeding BMW Crash Sparks Wild Chase Through Downtown LA *Caught on Camera*

DETAILS:
- A speeding white BMW passed me at a high rate of speed before crashing into the back of a convertible Lexus LS250c
- The white car exited Alameda and did not stop
- The black car gave chase and followed the white car through DTLA all while they both had flat tires
- The white car was seen sparking and driving the wrong way on surface streets to try and get away
- The chase came to a stop on Wall and 5th when the both cars came up to a LAPD unit waiting at the light
- The female in the black car started pleading her case to the officer, all while the white car parked due to issues from the tire
- LAPD pulled a female and a male from the car
- They determined the male was the driver, he was arrested,
- The female was let go by CHP
