South Park: Man Seriously Wounded By Gunfire

10.02.2019 | 10:30 PM | LOS ANGELES – A man was seriously injured after being shot by a suspect who remains at large, Wednesday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting with a victim down near the intersection of East 45th Street and San Pedro Place in the South Park area around 10:30 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a male victim down suffering from a gunshot wound on the sidewalk.

Firefighter paramedics treated the victim on scene before transporting him to an area hospital in serious condition.

Authorities were looking for a suspect described as a 35-year-old male black wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts in connection with the shooting.

No motive or other information was immediately available.
