Small Airplane Crash Lands, Hospitalizing Two | Big Bear

06.23.2021 | 1:30 PM | BIG BEAR – Two are hospitalized with life-threatening injuries following a plane crash near Big Bear. At approximately 1:30 PM, Big Bear Fire Department and several neighboring agencies responded to reports of a plane crash near the Big Bear Airport. The small plane caught fire after the crash. The aircraft was described as a Piper PA28. The two occupants of the aircraft were transported via helicopter to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center with life threatening injuries.
