Skyline: 9 People Displaced in Fire/ Dog Saved After CPR is Given

DETAILS:
- Firefighters responded to a fire in a two-story house.
- The fire was on the 2nd floor.
- There was heavy smoke coming out of the upper-floor windows.
- Firefighters broke in and found the living room on fire.
- They also found a dog that was not moving.
- While most firefighters attacked the fire, one firefighter grabbed the dog, which was not breathing, and took it outside, where he started CPR on the dog.
Paramedics took over, and a pulse returned. - The dog was rushed to a Vet by a Police officer.
- The dogs’ status is not known at this time.
- One man was evacuated from the first floor and suffered minor smoke inhalation.
- Nine people will be displaced and the American Red Cross has been requested to come and aid the family.
