Simi Valley: Pedestrian Seriously Injured After Being Struck By Vehicle

11.23.2018 | 6:53 PM | SIMI VALLEY – A person was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle, Friday evening.

Police and fire officials responded to the 1200 block of East Los Angeles Avenue regarding reports of an vehicle versus pedestrian collision shortly before 7:00 PM.

Units arriving on scene found a pedestrian down in the roadway. Firefighter paramedics treated the individual on scene before transporting them to an area hospital in serious condition.

The driver of the vehicle that struck the pedestrian stayed on scene and was cooperating with law enforcement.
