Simi Valley: Man Stabbed In Neck While Being Attacked

04.18.2020 | 1:30 AM | SIMI VALLEY – A man was stabbed in the neck while being attacked by a group of suspects, early Saturday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a stabbing with a victim down in the 1600 block of Crater Street around 1:30 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a male victim down in the street suffering from a stab wound to the neck.

Firefighter paramedics transported the victim to an area hospital in unknown condition while detectives responded to the scene.

Initial reports indicate a group of five men were involved in an altercation with the victim that escalated when the group attacked him.

The suspects fled shortly after the attack and were not immediately located.

No motive or suspect descriptions were immediately available.
