Simi Valley: Burglars Smash Window to Chili’s Restaurant

11.24.2018 | 1:50 AM | SIMI VALLEY – Police were investigating what, if anything, was stolen after burglars broke into a local restaurant, Saturday morning.

Police responded to reports of a window smash burglary at the Chili’s Restaurant located in the 20 block of West Cochran Street.

Units arriving on scene found a window that had been smashed open near the establishment’s to-go entrance and a cash register on the floor.

A security guard reported seeing a suspicious vehicle fleeing the area around the time of the burglary however a description was not immediately available.

It was unknown what, if anything, was taken.
