Silver Strand: Sailboat Runs Aground on Beach

11.24.2020 | 11:17 PM | SILVER STRAND (VENTURA COUNTY) – Ventura County Harbor Patrol reported that a 25 foot sailboat had run aground on Silver Stand Beach and requested a water rescue response.

Water rescue crews from Oxnard City Fire responded and made contact with the two occupants of the boat.

Crews assisted the two occupants off the boat and were evaluated on scene by paramedics. No injuries were reported.
