DETAILS:

1. A man around 22 years old and his sister, around 25 years old, got into an argument.
2. The sister was trying to evict the brother from home, where she had been letting him stay.
3. The man took his sister’s car keys and tried to leave with her vehicle.
4. Another argument began, and a struggle occurred between the siblings.
5. The victim had his own firearm, and it is believed at this time that he accidentally shot himself in the stomach.
6. Houston Fire Department arrived, began CPR, and transported the victim to a local hospital, where he later died.
