LOCATION: 300 block of Cyppresswood Dr
AREA/CITY: Spring
DETAILS:
- Hickory Twig and Cypresswood- Deputies and EMS responded to reports of a shooting
- arriving companies located a male with a GSW to the abdomen
- male transported to a trauma center, believed to have succumbed to his wounds
- suspects fled the scene, and a large perimeter was established
- deputies, with the assistance of DPS and allied agencies, worked for over an hour to locate the suspects
- a house was located, and the suspects were hiding along with other “squatters” inside
- 8 or more teens were detained, including the 2 suspects
