Shooting In Anaheim Leaves One Hospitalized

At approximately 4:24 p.m. on April 12, 2026, officers responded to a shooting in the 220 block of E. Valencia Avenue in Anaheim.

According to Matt Sutter with the Anaheim Police Department, one person was located suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported and was undergoing surgery.

At this time, no suspect is in custody and the investigation remains ongoing. Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the Anaheim Police Department at 714-765-1900.
