Shooting Crash Investigation | Los Angeles

03.17.2022 | 11:00 PM | LOS ANGELES – LAFD and LAPD responded to a reported traffic accident When Paramedics arrived, they found a male victim of a SUV had been shot. LAPD arrived at the scene and closed Vernon in both directions for the investigation. Paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital in critical condition. Officers believe the male was heading West bound on Vernon when he was shot, he tried to drive away but rear ended one vehicle and then crashed into a pole. Currently officers are looking for witnesses and any video from security cameras in the area. There is no suspect information currently.
