1. At a low rider meet up a shot rang out and a suspect began to flee south on 4th in a Mercedes before going west on Lander
2. A victim was left behind shot in the pelvis
3. A large response was sent due to the large crowd that was also in the parking lot
4. Suspects are outstanding
