Several Injured In Head-On Crash

  1. Phoenix Fire Department Press Release:
  2. Firefighters were dispatched to the area of 43rd Avenue and McDowell around 1:15AM for reports of a multi-vehicle accident.
  3. Crews arrived to find three vehicles involved in the collision and a total of three patients. All patients were evaluated and treated on scene for their injuries and transported.
  4. 40 year old male transported as an immediate in extremely critical condition
  5. 23 year old male transported as an immediate in critical condition
  6. 44 year old female transported as an immediate in critical condition
  7. The scene was turned over to Phoenix PD for an investigation.
  8. Additional notes:
  9. A witness who spoke off camera, said they observed the occupants of the black hatchback leaving the scene following the collision. This information has yet to be confirmed by police.
