Serious Wreck Closes Loop 101 | Glendale

03.19.2022 | 2:00 AM | GLENDALE – Arizona State Troopers as well as fire crews from the cities of Phoenix Glendale and Peoria responded to reports of a serious vehicle collision with one vehicle on fire at the Southbound Camelback Road off ramp for the West Loop 101. Troopers worked quickly to shut down the ramp as fire crews entered the scene. Multiple people were reportedly transported from the scene however the exact number had yet to be confirmed. At least one person was transported in extremely critical condition. Arizona DPS investigators are currently on scene working to determine what led to the wreck.
