Sepulveda Basin: Firefighters Extinguish Several Small Brush Fires

07.16.2020 | 10:37 PM | LOS ANGELES – Several small brush fires were extinguished by firefighters, Thursday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a brush fire burning in the 5600 block of North Woodley Avenue in the Sepulveda Basin area around 10:37 PM.

Units arriving on scene located two small spot fires in the basic and began efforts to extinguish the blazes.

As they extinguished the first two fires another spot fire broke out nearby.

Crews quickly extinguished the second spot fire.

The cause of the fires is under investigation.
