DETAILS:

1. LAFD & CHP responded to a report of a vehicle vs semi with the semi hanging off the embankment
2. CHP arrived to find a gravel truck with 2 trailers over the embankment of the freeway
3. The truck reportedly side-swiped a grey SUV before hitting the guard rail and going over the side
4. The driver of the SUV is believed to have been DUI
5. The driver of the semi was not injured
6. CHP has requested a heavy-duty tow truck to get the trailers back on the road
