1. Ladder 4 began radioing that it was in an altercation with a Honda and was now being rammed
2. It was rammed 3 times before the vehicle fled the scene
3. It was later connected to another hit-and-run in North Seattle Responding officers were not given pursuit authorization and its still outstanding
