Search For Five Juvies After Crashing Stolen Car Into Hydrant | Chula Vista

10.22.2022 | 7:27 PM | CHULA VISTA – 5 Juveniles were seen running away after crashing a stolen car into a fire hydrant.

Water was shooting approx 50 feet into the air.

The 3 males and 2 females took off into the neighborhood and were hiding in different locations.

Officers and the SDSO’s ASTREA helicopter searched the area and eventually, the 3 males and 1 female were found and arrested. 1 female is still outstanding.

The water was shut off after approx 10-15 minutes.

No injuries were reported.
