Santa Paula: Woman Shot In The Back

06.09.2019 | 11:24 PM | SANTA PAULA – A woman was hospitalized after being shot in the back, late Sunday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting with a victim down in the 400 block of Guiberson Street around 11:24 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a 29-year-old female suffering from a gunshot wound to her back.

The victim was treated on scene before being transported to the Ventura County Medical Center by firefighter paramedics.

Police are on scene investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
