Santa Paula: Armed Men Rob Gas Station

07.17.2019 | 1:00 AM | SANTA PAULA – Police are searching for two armed men who robbed a gas station, early Wednesday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of an armed robbery at the Sinclair Gas Station located in the 100 block of North Tenth Street around 1:00 AM.

Units arriving on scene learned that two males entered the gas station armed with a handgun and machete and demanded cash from the clerk.

The clerk provided the armed men an unknown amount of cash and both suspects fled on foot prior to the arrival of police.

Officers were reviewing surveillance footage and physical evidence at the scene in attempt to apprehend the armed bandits.
