Santa Fe Springs: Teenage Boy Stabbed, Suspects Apprehended

06.27.2019 | 2:00 PM | SANTA FE SPRINGS – A teenage boy was hospitalized after being stabbed by a group of teenage suspects that were quickly apprehended, Thursday afternoon.

Authorities responded to reports of a stabbing at an apartment complex located in the 13000 block of Meyer Road around 2:00 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a 16-year-old boy suffering from a stab wound.

Firefighter paramedics treated the teenager on scene before transporting him to an area hospital in unknown condition.

Officers responding to the scene quickly apprehended two suspects, both described at 16-year-old males, and placed them into custody pending further investigation.
