Santa Clarita: Stabbing Leaves One Dead

05.15.2020 | 11:30 PM | SANTA CLARITA – One person was dead after being stabbed to death in a strip mall, late Friday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a man suffering from a stab wound in the 23400 block of Lyons Avenue near Apple Street around 11:30 PM.

Units arriving on scene located the male victim and pronounced him deceased on scene.

A second stabbing left one person injured just minutes earlier about two miles away in the 25700 block of Hogan Drive but it was unclear if the incidents were related.

No suspect description or motive was available.
