Santa Clarita: Residents Rally To Support Law Enforcement

07.03.2020 | 6:00 PM | SANTA CLARITA – About 500 people rallied together to show their support for law enforcement amid community tensions, Friday evening.

The group of about 500 people gathered outside the Los Angeles Sheriff Department’s Santa Clarita Valley Station located in the 23700 block of Magic Mountain Parkway around 6:00 PM.

Participants waived flags and held signs showing their support for local law enforcement.

Deputies came outside and took photos with the crowd while expressing how meaningful the support was to them.

A law enforcement helicopter and several patrol vehicles that happened to be in the area drove by and also expressed thanks.
