Santa Ana: Man Shot In Residential Neighborhood

01.01.2019 | 8:50 PM | SANTA ANA – A man was hospitalized after being shot in a residential area, Tuesday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting in the 1100 block of South Golden West Avenue around 8:50 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound.

Firefighter paramedics treated the man on scene before transporting him to an area hospital with non-life-threatening wounds.

Police cordoned off the area while they investigated the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
