Santa Ana: Man Critically Injured After Being Shot In The Head

02.23.2020 | 11:10 PM | SANTA ANA – A man was critically injured after being shot in the head and police are searching for the shooter, Sunday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting with a victim down near the intersection of West Hall Avenue and South Salta Street around 11:10 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a male victim inside a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound to his head.

Firefighters quickly transported the victim to UCI Medical Center in critical condition.

Officers cordoned off the scene of the shooting as they investigated.

No suspect description or motive was immediately available.
