San Pedro: Police Investigating After Man Found Shot To Death

09.17.2019 | 11:30 PM | LOS ANGELES – Authorities are investigating after a man was found shot to death near an apartment complex, late Tuesday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting near an apartment complex at the intersection of West 2nd and South Centre streets in the San Pedro area around 11:30 PM.

Units arriving on scene located an adult male in his 50s suffering from a gunshot wound.

Firefighter paramedics pronounced the man deceased on scene.

Police cordoned off the area while they collected evidence and investigated the circumstances surrounding the fatal shooting.
