San Jose: Police Lockdown Neighborhood After Party Shooting
11.24.2018 | 9:50 PM | SAN JOSE – Deputies were investigating after shots fired at a party prompted the lockdown of a neighborhood, Saturday night.
Deputies responded to reports of gunfire with a large number of teenagers fleeing from a house in the 400 block of Patton Avenue shortly before 10:00 PM.
Units responding to the scene set up a large perimeter and cordoned off the area. Numerous teenagers were detained.
Reports indicate the home, an AirBnB rental, was having a large party when 6-8 gunshots broke out.
Fearing the worst, attendees of the party fled the home.
No victims were immediately located however Santa Clara County Sheriff’s deputies were on scene investigating.
