San Gabriel: Woman Critically Injured After Ejection Crash

09.19.2019 | 10:59 PM | SAN GABRIEL – A woman was critically injured after being ejected from a vehicle, late Thursday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision with a person possibly ejected on the westbound I-10 Freeway near Del Mar Avenue around 10:59 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a two-vehicle crash with an adult female who had been ejected from a white vehicle.

The woman sustained massive injuries including dismemberment and was immediately transported to USC Medical Center in critical condition.

The driver of the second vehicle, a black sedan, was also injured and treated on scene before being transported to an area hospital.

All lanes with the exception of the FasTrak lanes were closed until further notice while authorities worked to investigate.
