San Fernando: Man Trapped In Car After Crash

09.03.2019 | 12:47 AM | SAN FERNANDO – Firefighters worked to free a man who was pinned in his car after a crash, early Tuesday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision with one person possibly trapped near the intersection of Truman and Wolfskill streets around 12:47 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a two-vehicle crash with one patient, an adult male, trapped in the driver’s seat of his vehicle.

Firefighters used heavy rescue tools to free the man from the crash before transporting him and a female patient to area hospitals.

It appears the driver a silver vehicle involved the crash fled the scene prior to the arrival of authorities.

The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
