San Fernando: Double Shooting Investigation Underway

05.28.2020 | 6:45 PM | SAN FERNANDO – A double shooting that injured two was under investigation, Thursday evening.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting at an apartment complex located in the 600 block of Glenoaks Boulevard around 6:45 PM.

Units arriving on scene learned that two people had been struck by gunfire.

One of the patients was driven to a nearby hospital prior to the arrival of authorities but later returned to the scene.

The second victim, a female, was treated on scene by firefighter paramedics before being transported to Holy Cross Medical Center.

The vehicle that returned to the scene had a bullet hole in a rear door and its driver was covered in blood.

Officers cordoned off the area with crime scene tape while they investigated the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
