San Diego: Suspect(s) Smashes Parked Car Windows

12.20.2018 | 11:50 AM | SAN DIEGO – Police were searching for clues after a person or persons smashed the windows of multiple parked cars in broad daylight, Thursday morning.

Officers responded to calls reporting a man or men on a bicycle(s) smashing the windows of parked cars near the intersection of Cass Street and Hornblend around 11:50 AM.

Units arriving on scene found several vehicles within blocks of each other with smashed windows but were unable to locate any suspects.

Witnesses reported seeing a white or black male on a bicycle throwing the rocks. It was unclear if the suspects seen by witnesses were one in the same or separate men.

Police are continuing to investigate the window smashes.
