San Diego House Destroyed By Fire

LOCATION: 1334 Vinca Way
AREA/CITY: San Diego
DETAILS:

 

1. A woman had been cooking in an outdoor kitchen using propane next to her house.
2. She apparently fell asleep and forgot to put out the cooking fire.
3. The fire ignited the house, and it spread quickly.
4. Firefighters were able to stop the fire from spreading to the next-door house, but the original home was destroyed.
5. Neighbors woke up the resident/woman, and she was able to get out safely.
6. A dog was also saved.
7. MAST has been requested to investigate.
