SAN DIEGO Fatal Harbor Drive Crash

DETAILS:

 

1. The male driver of he white truck drove through barricades that were blocking the southbound lanes of Harbor Drive and Park Blvd.
2. He drove onto the bridge and hit a parked construction tractor.
3. The driver had two passengers with him.
4. The driver died at the scene, and the two passengers were transported with injuries to a local hospital.
5. Cars were supposed to go into the northbound lanes due to construction.
6. There is a SIG Alert for Harbor Drive, and it is closed in both directions for the next several hours.
