San Diego: Drunken Man Hospitalized After Falling From Second Story Window

12.18.2018 | 1:30 AM | SAN DIEGO – A man was hospitalized after falling from a second-story window while trying to break into his own apartment, Tuesday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a man who had fallen from a second-story window in the 4800 block of Del Mar Avenue around 1:30 AM.

Units arriving on scene found a man down with serious trauma laying on the ground.

Firefighter paramedics treated the man on scene before transporting him to a local trauma center in serious condition.

Witnesses reported the man, who was apparently highly intoxicated, was attempting to gain entry to his apartment by climbing through a second-story window when he fell.
