San Diego: Construction Begins On U.S./Mexico Border Wall
02.19.2019 | 3:00 PM | SAN DIEGO – Construction began on the U.S. border wall with Mexico, Tuesday afternoon.
Video from the Otay Mesa area shows officials beginning work on border wall near where several prototype walls were erected months earlier.
It was unclear how long construction was expected to last or how long the first section of the wall would be.
