San Bernardino: Man Gunned Down Near Liquor Store

06.08.2019 | 12:15 AM | SAN BERNARDINO – A man was hospitalized after being gunned down in front of a liquor store, early Saturday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a shooting with a man down near the intersection of G and 9th streets around 12:15 AM.

Units arriving on scene found a male victim down on the sidewalk suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

Firefighter paramedics treated the victim on scene before transporting him to an area hospital in unknown condition.

Initial reports indicate the victim was shot in front of the Bliss Liquor Store before fleeing down 9th Street and eventually collapsing.

Police cordoned off the area while they worked to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
