San Bernardino: Hit-And-Run Driver Kills Pedestrian

01.17.2019 | 6:40 PM | SAN BERNARDINO – A man was dead after being struck by a driver who fled without stopping, Thursday evening.

Authorities responded to numerous reports of a vehicle versus pedestrian crash on SR-330 at about 3000-feet elevation.

Units arriving on scene located the male pedestrian deceased in the roadway and learned that the vehicle that struck the man had fled.

Officers closed the already narrow road to one lane while they worked to investigate the crash.

Anyone with information regarding the crash was urged to contact the California Highway Patrol’s Arrowhead Office.
