San Bernardino: Driver Fatally Ejected After Striking Power Pole

06.09.2019 | 9:29 PM | SAN BERNARDINO – A driver was dead after he crashed into a power pole and was ejected, Sunday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision involving a power pole near the intersection of Cedar and Santa Ana avenues in the Bloomington area around 9:29 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a pickup truck with heavy damage and located the apparent driver deceased a short distance away.

Initial reports indicate the driver was ejected after losing control and striking the power pole.

No other injuries were reported.
