San Benardino: Home Destroyed by 2-Alarm Fire

12.29.2018 | 11:11 PM | SAN BERNARDINO – A home was destroyed by a 2-alarm fire, late Saturday night.

Firefighters responded to reports of a home on fire in the 3300 block of North Broadmoor Boulevard around 11:11 PM.

Units arriving on scene found a residence with heavy smoke and fire showing.

Crews attacked the blaze which resulted in a partial roof collapse and exposure to an adjacent home.

Within an hour the fire was extinguished and the home was destroyed. An adjacent home suffered from minor damage related to the fire.

No injuries were reported as a result of the fire and it was unclear how many residents might be displaced.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
