1. 1. HPD OIS after pursuit for armed Agg Rob suspect
   2. Pursuit may have initiated in Westside’s area
   3.  HPD Pursued suspect after agg robbery
   4. suspect exited vehicle on the block, and officers attempted to gain compliance/ surrender from the suspect for a few minutes prior to shooting
   5. multiple officers discharged weapons after suspect refused to put his weapon down
